They usually use this term when there are promotions like 1 month free. Self pro-rated rent means that you make your own adjustments to calculate a more effective net rent. Self-prorated rent is a way to spread the savings from a rental special, concession, or rebate over the lease term instead of applying it all at once. Instead of receiving a large upfront discount, a portion of the special is applied to reduce the monthly rent. This effectively lowers the monthly rent payment while still allowing the renter to benefit from the special. --- Applications are directly between you and the property office, not myself. In general, requirements for an approved application are: 1. Current proof of income to show gross household income equal to 3 times the market rate rental amount, or you can add a guarantor (cosigner) to help financial qualification. 2. Clean rental history (no broken leases or evictions or landlord debt) 3.
